Scientific collaborations of the Cardiogenetic Service

The Cardiogenetics Service operates in the field of Electrophysiology Arrhythmology directed by Prof. Carlo Pappone. The clinical and research genetic analyzes are carried out in collaboration with the Medical Genetics Laboratory of the Vita Salute San Raffaele University.

The Cardiogenetics Service also collaborates with the operational units of Policlinico San Donato, in particular with Cardiac Surgery (directed by Prof. Lorenzo Menicanti), with Laboratory Medicine (directed by Prof. Massimiliano Marco Corsi Romanelli), and with the Marfan Center (directed by Prof. Alessandro Pini). The Cardiogenetics Service also collaborates for research purposes with external organizations, including the “Bicocca” University and the “Carlo Besta” Neurological Institute in Milan, and with the hospitals of Turin, Padua, Bologna, Bari, and Nuoro.
